Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Step into an exciting opportunity supporting elementary students with speech and language needs in a rewarding contract role for the upcoming 26/27 school year. Two full-time positions are available, providing the chance to make a meaningful difference across elementary caseloads averaging 55 students each. You’ll play a key role during regular school hours, working either 7:30 am to 3:30 pm or 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Georgia
• Prior school-based SLP experience highly preferred
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Ability to develop individualized plans and support IEP goals effectively
• Dedication to fostering a welcoming and inclusive learning environment for all students

Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations, assessments, and screenings for students with speech or language concerns
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student growth
• Maintain accurate service documentation and progress reports
• Deliver engaging individual and group therapy sessions
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing insights and recommendations
