We are expanding our team to include passionate professionals who are committed to enhancing the quality of life for seniors. We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team at Pickering Manor. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to our residents in various settings including Independent Living, Personal Care, and Skilled Nursing. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans for residents. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Monitor residents' health status and respond promptly to changes in condition. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care delivery. Educate residents and their families on health management and wellness strategies. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with regulations. Qualifications Current RN licensure in the state of Pennsylvania. Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred. Strong clinical assessment skills and knowledge of nursing practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with staff, residents, and families.
