Shift Details: Hours flexible between 7:30 and 4:30, Monday - Friday.


Job Summary:

$15,000 sign-on bonus now available! Outpatient Lymphedema

• The Occupational Therapist provides comprehensive occupational therapy services to the patient by assessing, planning, implementing, and documenting patient care and treatment programs.
• The therapist participates in varied Rehabilitation Services department activities designed to enhance patient care and programs.
• Experience meaningful one-on-one interactions with patients as you support their progress and see the impact you make firsthand. You'll also benefit from reasonable productivity expectations within a supportive, team-oriented environment.
• A Occupational Therapist II demonstrates advanced evaluation and treatment skills and is involved in program development, staff education, student supervision. Open to level 1 therapist as well.
• Also demonstrates emerging leadership skills and mentors department staff. Other duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE:

A minimum of two years of clinical Therapist experience meeting requirements of Level I responsibilities as determined by interview and assessment.


EDUCATION:

Bachelors or Master's degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program is required.

LICENSURE:

WI state license as an Occupational Therapist is required. American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an AHA approved equivalent is required within 3 months of hire.


SPECIAL SKILLS:

Must be proficient at all OT level 1 competencies, maintain productivity level, demonstrates optimal customer service performance, and have the potential to take on additional responsibilities. May require clinical expertise in specific discipline.
