This opportunity begins on Dec 1, 2025, and features 12-hour day and night shifts. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in all emergency care procedures and be comfortable working in a high-acuity environment utilizing Meditech EHR. Job Details Location: Florida Start Date: Dec 1, 2025 LOA: 36 days Provider Type Needed: Emergency Medicine Schedule: 7am-7pm, 7pm-7am Responsibilities and Duties Perform comprehensive emergency care and stabilization for patients Demonstrate proficiency in emergency care procedures including central access, arterial line placement, lumbar puncture, intubation, pacing, and orthopedic stabilization Provide timely and accurate diagnosis and treatment for acute medical and trauma cases Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for efficient patient management Document all patient encounters accurately in Meditech EHR Additional Information Must hold an active Florida medical license Board certification or eligibility in Emergency Medicine is required Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required EM board eligible after successful completion of an accredited residency, or FM/IM with 3 years of experience (for FSEDs only) Benefits Strong compensation Travel-related expenses covered A-rated medical malpractice insurance provided Dedicated recruiter for future travel opportunities What are Locum Tenens Jobs?
