Plans and Operations AnalystThe Opportunity:Serve as the primary intelligence representative in cross-functional planning teams. Draft, review, and refine intelligence-specific documentation, including Annex B and associated appendices for regional OPLANs, CONPLANs, and OPORDs.Develop and maintain Intelligence Synchronization Matrices to align intelligence collection, analysis, and dissemination with phased operational requirements and commander’s decision points.Support the daily operational battle rhythm. Monitor ongoing operations, coordinate crisis response activities, and facilitate internal and external communication flows.Plan, script, and participate in joint and multinational exercises, ensuring intelligence architectures and processes are rigorously tested and refined.Facilitate continuous coordination between analytical branches, collection managers, targeting teams, and operations to ensure unified intelligence support to operations.You Have: 5+ years of experience in military intelligence, intelligence operations, or joint planningExperience in the Joint Planning Process (JPP) or Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP)Experience drafting intelligence annexes and ordersKnowledge of the Western Hemisphere AOR, including partner nation capabilities, regional threats, and theater campaign plansAbility to brief senior military leadership and coordinate across joint staff directoratesTS/SCI clearanceHS diploma or GEDNice If You Have:Knowledge of Annex B OPLANs and CONPLANsAbility to produce SITREPsAbility to brief and present material JPGs, OPTs, and senior leadershipPossession of excellent organizational skillsPossession of excellent written and verbal communication skillsTS/SCI clearance with a polygraphClearance:Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.CompensationAt Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being. The projected compensation range for this position is $61,900.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
