Sales Support Coordinator

This onsite Sales Support Coordinator opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, problem-solving, and supporting multiple teams in a fast-paced environment. You'll work closely with sales leadership, operations teams, proposal specialists, vendors, and clients to help keep projects, contracts, and client accounts moving efficiently through the sales process.

REQUIREMENTS
- 1–2 years of experience in administrative support, operations coordination, customer service, project coordination, or similar roles
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Experience with Salesforce, ServiceNow, or CRM systems is preferred but not required
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
- Ability to obtain a valid PERC license
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Experience supporting sales teams, proposal processes, or operations teams is a plus
- Experience in regulated, compliance-driven, security, facilities, or service-based industries is a plus
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as a liaison between sales, operations, vendors, client representatives, and internal stakeholders
- Maintain Salesforce CRM records and ensure accurate sales process documentation
- Support proposal and rebid specialists with RFP responses and client requests
- Monitor compliance requirements, including contracts and certificates of insurance
- Coordinate temporary staffing, surge support, and special-event service requests with operations teams
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors and subcontractors
- Coordinate client meetings, presentations, catering orders, and onsite logistics
- Manage client appreciation initiatives, including gift orders, vendor coordination, budget tracking, and delivery timelines
- Assist with process documentation, reporting, and project coordination activities
- Provide administrative and operational support to help ensure a seamless client experience
