Marketing Program ManagerOur client is looking for a Marketing Program Manager with a strong background in complex project management, global campaign execution, and cross-functional coordination. You should have experience managing multiple work-streams, regions, agencies, vendors, budgets, timelines, and stakeholders. Experience marketing to startups, developers, investors, or technology ecosystems, plus familiarity with content, social, events, CRM, and campaign measurement, is required. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is also required.A typical day includes coordinating with global and regional teams, reviewing campaign progress and performance, and moving content, social, event, and partner activations forward. The Marketing Manager works with agencies and vendors, resolves dependencies, updates timelines and budgets, and prepares clear decisions or status updates for stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute the integrated go-to-market marketing plan across web, email, social, content, events, and partner channels.Create founder-focused messaging, campaign assets, videos, toolkits, and finalist stories.Coordinate activation across teams, regions, investors, startup communities, and ecosystem partners.Manage complex cross-regional workstreams, budgets, timelines, risks, agencies, and vendors.Track lead capture, CRM routing, attribution, campaign performance, and downstream startup outcomes.Prepare stakeholder updates, campaign reviews, and optimization recommendations.Top Required Skillsets:Complex project management — 4+ years managing global, multi-workstream initiatives, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, agencies, and vendors.Integrated campaign execution — 4+ years planning and delivering campaigns across digital, social, content, events, email, and partner channels.Marketing measurement and operations — 3+ years managing KPIs, CRM lead flows, attribution, dashboards, budget tracking, and performance reporting.EEO EmployerApex Systems is an equal opportunity employer.
