Senior Full-Stack EngineerGenesis10 is currently seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer for a hybrid position with a Global Financial Institution located in Plano, TX or Pennington, NJ. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity.We are seeking a high-caliber, results-driven Senior Full-Stack Engineer with deep expertise in React and .NET Core to join a core engineering team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, building, and scaling high-performance enterprise applications from the database up to the user interface. We are looking for a strong, autonomous engineer who can architect scalable solutions, champion best practices, and elevate the technical capabilities of the entire team.Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable web applications using React on the front end and ASP.NET Core on the back endBuild responsive, high-performance, and reusable UI components and libraries using React, TypeScript, Redux/Context API, HTML5, and CSS3Architect and optimize secure RESTful APIs, microservices, and server-side logic using C#,.NET Core, and Entity Framework CoreDesign schema structures, write complex queries, and optimize performance using MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or NoSQL databasesConduct rigorous code reviews, enforce unit and integration testing standards (xUnit, Jest, Cypress), and maintain clean, well-documented codeWork closely with Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, and DevOps engineers in an Agile/Scrum environment to ship features seamlesslyTroubleshoot production bottlenecks, optimize application speed, memory usage, and cross-browser compatibilityRequirements:5+ years of professional software development experience, with a proven track record of delivering complex web-scale applications using React and.NETAdvanced proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and React.js core principlesDeep experience with state management libraries (Redux Toolkit, Zustand) and modern build tools (Webpack, Vite)Strong expertise in C#,.NET Core /.NET 6/7/8, and ASP.NET Web APISolid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP), asynchronous programming, and architectural patterns (Clean Architecture, DDD, MVC)Proficiency with relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and ORM tools (Entity Framework Core)Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure or AWS) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a strong plusExperience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Jira, and modern IDEs (Visual Studio, VS Code)Pay range: $55.06 - $63.06 per hourOnly candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
