Team Leader

Position Overview Leaders are responsible for supporting Directors and Executive Directors in executing daily operations, developing Team Members, and ensuring every guest receives a remarkable experience. Available leadership positions include both Team Leader and Director. All leadership candidates will complete operational training and demonstrate proficiency in Chick-fil-A standards before progressing into greater leadership responsibility.
