Pay Rate: $40 to 50/hr. on W2 ONLY LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT: 9 Months Contract to Hire role FUNCTION OF THE GROUP/INITIATIVES/PROJECTS: The team is partnering with J the Al data group, right to enable Client with M365 agent adoption and then roll out of agents to line of business users and then for business application users. INDUSTRY BACKGROUND: Open to any industry background. ROLE/RESPONSIBILITIES: We are seeking a Junior AI Developer to support the design, development, testing, and deployment of enterprise AI and automation solutions on Client 365 and Power Platform. This role is ideal for a developer who is growing into AI-enabled solution delivery and can contribute to configuration, build, testing, and documentation, and support under senior technical guidance. Assist in building and configuring M365/Power Platform-based AI and automation solutions. Support development of workflows, app components, connector configurations, and agent experiences. Participate in unit testing, system testing, defect resolution, and deployment support. Create technical documentation, release notes, and support materials. Help maintain reusable components and follow established coding/configuration standards. Work with senior developers and architects to learn enterprise patterns and delivery practices. Support ongoing enhancements, troubleshooting, and operational stabilization. MUST HAVE SKILLS REQUIRED (2 - 4 years of experience required): Foundational experience with Client 365, Power Platform, application development, or automation. Working knowledge of APIs, data handling, and structured problem solving. Ability to understand technical requirements and contribute effectively within established design patterns. Strong learning agility, communication, and collaboration skills. FLEX SKILLS: Exposure to Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Power Apps, or enterprise automation scenarios. Interest in AI-enabled business solutions, agent development, and enterprise integration. Experience through internships, rotations, or early-career development programs in enterprise technology. EDUCATION: Any MS 365 or Agile certificates a plus INTERVIEW PROCESS: 2 interviews, will be in person • 1st round ~30 minutes – more technical, typically give a use case and make sure they can articulate. 2nd round ~30 minutes – more behavioral, team fit.
