What You'll DoThe SAP and Logistics Applications Regional Associate Manager owns regional product strategy, deployment, governance and continuous improvement of SAP EWM and TM and related logistics applications across NAM, driving operational excellence, process standardization and post-go-live stabilization. The role links Distribution Center Operations, Transportation, Amer Global Operations, SAP, Infrastructure, and Cybersecurity teams, ensuring consistent adoption of global Logistics Applications standards while balancing regional business needs with a scalable, sustainable systems landscape - representing the NAM within the Global Logistics Applications & Systems organization.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:Regional Systems Ownership & Standards GovernanceRegional Product Owner for SAP EWM and related logistics applications across NAM; ensures stable operation, drives issue resolution, and serves as the primary point of contact for logistics application topics in the region.Owns regional implementation and protection of the global Logistics Applications standards across all NAM Distribution Centers, ensuring alignment with the global SAP EWM template, clean core principles, and approved architecture. Challenges unnecessary local customizations, promotes harmonization between sites, and acts as regional custodian of global standards — balancing local business needs with global governance and compliance.SAP EWM Process Governance & Project DeliveryOwns regional SAP EWM product and process harmonization, reviews business requirements and RFCs, and supports solution design and product lifecycle management. Leads regional deployment and rollout programs, including SIT/UAT coordination, cutover, go-live readiness, and hyper care stabilization.Operational Support & InfrastructurePrimary escalation point for regional key users; coordinates incident management, root-cause investigations and peak-season support to ensure business continuity and SLA adherence. Owns the design and adherence to the EWM support model for NAM. Coordinates regional logistics infrastructure and warehouse technology (RF devices, printers, mobile devices, middleware), supporting automation, disaster recovery and lifecycle management in collaboration with Infrastructure teams.Transportation, Innovation & Stakeholder ManagementPartners with Transportation teams to align warehouse and transportation processes and systems integration. Identifies optimization and automation opportunities, develops business cases, and promotes innovation and best-practice sharing across Distribution Centers. Acts as product owner interface to D&T, SAP, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Distribution Center leadership and external partners, ensuring effective business-IT collaboration.Documentation, Training & People LeadershipMaintains process documentation and global standards materials, coordinates user training, and drives change management to ensure adoption of new solutions. Manages, coaches, and develops the regional team, supports recruitment, performance management and succession planning, all while fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, understanding, and continuous improvement. Acts as the NAM regional representative and deputy to the Global Logistics IT Systems & Process Manager when required.What We're Looking ForThis role requires a minimum of 5+ years in logistics systems, warehouse systems or SAP EWM, including multi-site Distribution Centre environments. A bachelor's degree in supply chain, Logistics or Engineering preferred; bachelor’s degree plus equivalent and extended working experience may be considered. REQUIRED COMPETENCIES: 5+ years in logistics systems, warehouse systems or SAP EWM, including multi-site Distribution Centre environments.Proven track record leading logistics transformation and regional deployment programs.Experience supporting implementation and training on logistics applications in production, working closely with business and IT stakeholders.ADDITIONAL SKILLS:TechnicalExpert knowledge of SAP EWM, with working knowledge of SAP S/4 integration, logistics systems architecture, warehouse and transportation operations, automation and warehouse technology, IT infrastructure/middleware, cybersecurity awareness, data analysis, process documentation, project and change management and training skills.BehaviouralStructured and organized, strong ability to deal with priorities and to respect deadlines, attention to detail, strong ownership, analytical and problem-solving skills; effective communication to support and train people, influencing and stakeholder management; organizational and decision-making ability; accountability and a continuous-improvement mindset; comfortable operating in global, cross-cultural environments15%-20% Travel Required.
