Intern - Accounting

Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate financial records Prepare journal entries and support month-end close activities Support preparation of financial statements, reports, and variance analyses Assist with tax computations, returns, and audit documentation Use Excel and accounting software for reporting and analysis tasks Participate in internal audit activities, including reviewing controls and compliance processes Participate in special projects and attend team meetings to learn industry practices Gain exposure to multiple groups on a rotational basis, including financial reporting, internal audit, corporate accounting, fixed assets, tax, and accounting policy Requirements Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Minimum GPA: 3.0 Comfortable with Microsoft Office suite of products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Basic understanding of GAAP and accounting principles Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills Availability for a 12-week summer program with 40‑hour work weeks Authorized to work in the United States for any employer Employment visa sponsorship is not available, including H‑1B or TN visas Demonstrates proficiency in financial record‑keeping, journal entry preparation, and variance analysis while adhering to GAAP principles.
