You will be a part of two dentists who have a vision and mission to serve the community of San Jose and team up to merge both of their practices and purchase one together. This is a large and stable oriented practice that is fun but understands how to accomplish the days tasks. This applicant must be well organized; as you will be the support to ensure the operations of the front desk. The ideal candidate will understand how to troubleshoot patient calls and concerns. The ideal front office supervisor will be willing to help out in the back as needed and understand dental insurance plans, present treatment plans, patient scheduling, etc. All dental assistant duties are required: front office, four handed dentistry, basic dentistry skills and terminology, radiographs, impressions, and complete set-ups. In order to be successful as a dental assistant in this practice you will need to have the following characteristics: team-player, reliable, open-minded, pleasant personality, ability to adapt to any environment. Requirements: X-Ray License, CPR License, HMO insurance preferred. Experience with the following: Dentrix-able to maneuver around efficiently, Dexis Genx Pano Demand Force.
