This role offers meaningful industry experience, opportunities for professional growth, and the chance to be part of a team dedicated to strengthening and energizing Cincinnati's urban core.Job SummaryThe Production Supervisor supports the Event Logistics Team in the planning, execution, staffing, and operational readiness of events within an assigned district, Over-the Rhine (OTR) or the Central Business District (CBD). This role is responsible for daily production operations, workforce scheduling, inventory management, event advancement, safety compliance, and onsite event support. The Production Supervisor serves as a key operational resource, ensuring events are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with established standard operating procedures while providing leadership and coaching to frontline production staff. This position plays a critical role in ensuring operational readiness, staffing effectiveness, safety compliance, and successful event execution across 3CDC managed civic spaces.Key Responsibilities:Event Production & OperationsExecute day-to-day production activities within the assigned district (OTR/CBD).Advance scheduled events 7 to 14 days prior to execution and prepare required production documentation.Support all district events and serve as a Production Technician for 2-3 shifts per week.Provide operational support and troubleshooting during event setup, execution, and teardown.Deliver feedback on event execution and identify opportunities for operational improvement.Equipment & Inventory Management
