As a Restaurant Manager at Oregano's, you will: Drive operational excellence: Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient and smooth service. Restaurant Manager Requirements Essential Qualifications: Proven track record as a restaurant manager in a high-volume environment. Strong leadership and team management skills. Proficiency in restaurant management software (Aloha, Table Management, OLO, Compeat Radar). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. Valid food safety and alcohol serving certifications. Desired Qualifications: Experience with financial management and budgeting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Physical Demands: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Additional Requirements: Successful completion of a background check. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
