This all starts with our greatest asset…our employees.What You Will Be DoingAs the Sales and Service Manager for Yancey Engineered Solutions, you will lead our sales, logistics, and field service teams. You will be responsible for providing a safe workplace and developing a "Safety First" culture, hiring and developing employees, and addressing employee issues. The Service Manager must address employee and customer complaints in a timely manner, with the focus being to establish and maintain an efficient and pleasant work atmosphere and loyal customer following.Primary ResponsibilitiesRecruiting, hiring and training of all logistic and field service personnel.Safety.Field Service.Warranty field service.Coordinating outgoing new packages.Coaching.Performance reviews.Additional ResponsibilitiesParticipate in required safety program, and work in a safe manner.Additional duties as assigned by manager.Who We Are Looking ForTo be successful in this position you should have prior experience as a Service Manager in a similar industry, possess strong problem solving skills and a strong focus on customer service. You should be able to lead by example and act as mentor, motivator, and director to those that report under you.Education/ExperienceHigh school diploma or equivalent required.Bachelor's Degree from a four year college or university or related equivalent experience preferred.Required Qualifications/SkillsMinimum of 3 to 5 years of experience.Possess the necessary problem-solving skills to meet the needs of our customers and employees.Excellent people skills with customer service experience.Excellent organizational and communication skills.Preferred Qualifications/SkillsSpecific industry experienced desired or an equivalent college degree.ValuesAt Yancey Bros.
