Work Schedule & Availability Requirements

• Must be available to work 7 days a week , including weekends and holidays as needed.
• Shifts may be scheduled during operating hours of 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM .
• Candidates must have flexibility to work varying schedules based on business needs and staffing requirements.

Position Overview

We are seeking Bank Call Center Representatives to support a financial services organization. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, assisting with account inquiries, online banking support, transaction research, debit card issues, and general banking questions.

The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, excellent customer service experience, and the ability to navigate multiple systems while accurately documenting customer interactions. This position requires professionalism, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
• Assist customers with account inquiries, balances, transactions, and banking services.
• Provide support for online and mobile banking platforms.
• Research and resolve routine customer issues and escalate complex matters as needed.
• Verify customer information and follow security procedures to protect account information.
• Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions in company systems.
• Educate customers on available banking products, services, and self-service options.
• Process account maintenance requests following established procedures.
• Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction standards.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure timely issue resolution.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center, banking, financial services, or related environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and active listening abilities.
• Ability to navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to handle confidential customer information with discretion.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous banking, credit union, or financial services experience.
• Experience working in a high-volume call center environment.
• Knowledge of online banking, debit card services, and account maintenance processes.
• Bilingual communication skills are a plus.

Pay and Benefits
