As our Revenue Operations team continues to grow, we're looking for a Marketing Coordinator who enjoys bringing order to creative work, keeping projects moving, and supporting the execution of campaigns from start to finish. Position Summary Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day execution of marketing and branding initiatives. This position helps keep projects moving by coordinating communication, preparing campaign assets, building emails in HubSpot, managing project flow in Asana, and ensuring deliverables are accurate before launch. This role is ideal for someone who thrives behind the scenes, enjoys staying organized, and takes pride in helping a team deliver high-quality work on time. Responsibilities Marketing Execution Build and schedule marketing emails in HubSpot. Queue and schedule social media posts. Assist with campaign launches and marketing initiatives. Update marketing assets and campaign materials as needed. Project Support Open and close projects in Asana. Assist with project discovery and gathering requirements. Communicate project status, timelines, and feedback with internal stakeholders. Help keep projects moving by coordinating next steps and following up on outstanding items. Quality Assurance Review deliverables for quality, accuracy, and brand consistency before publication. Proofread marketing materials and campaign assets. Ensure projects are complete before launch. Marketing Administration Organize digital marketing assets and documentation. Maintain templates, project files, and marketing resources. Support the marketing team with administrative tasks that improve efficiency. Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience with HubSpot, Asana, or similar marketing and project management platforms is preferred. Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Proactive, dependable, and eager to learn. Ability to accept and apply feedback.
