Outpatient Occupational Therapy Assistant

OUTPATIENT OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY ASSISTANT - PRN CAMBRIDGE HEALTH & REHABILITATION - RICHMOND, TX Mobile and ALF in Sugarland and Missouri City Cambridge Health & Rehabilitation is a post-acute care facility with long-term care, short-term care, and geriatric outpatient services provided. We are seeking a PRN Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to serve our mobile and ALF outpatient needs in Sugarland and Missouri City. Key Responsibilities: Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions to patients with cognitive and/or physical functioning disorders, following regulatory and clinical standards under Occupational Therapist supervision. Administer various rehabilitation procedures, including ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, exercises, modalities, and the use of supportive and assistive devices, under Occupational Therapist supervision. Assess patient progress and communicate with the supervising Occupational Therapist to adjust treatments in accordance with regulatory and clinical practice requirements. Report treatment outcomes' effectiveness to the supervising Occupational Therapist. Qualifications: Occupational Therapy Assistant license is required. This position is open to COTAs at all experience levels.
