Compensation
- $70,000 to $80,000 USD base, DOE; annual bonus eligible; strong benefits

- Chance to help elevate a Controller to a more strategic role by absorbing key operational accounts
- Work with the latest real estate accounting technology and practices post-system migration
- Own and execute full-cycle accounting for a diverse portfolio of commercial real estate properties
- Perform accurate journal entries, accruals, monthly close, and bank reconciliations for assigned properties and entities
- Oversee AP, AR, lease abstracting, and CAM reconciliations tailored to unique property/tenant mix
- Interface directly with property managers, controllers, and owners to facilitate financial performance and compliance
- Contribute to ongoing process improvements during accounting system transitions and property onboarding
- 3+ years of full-cycle accounting experience in commercial real estate/property management
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
- Proficiency with Yardi (Voyager preferred) or analogous real estate accounting systems
