The successful candidates will work remotely, allowing for flexibility while being supported by a collaborative team of mental health professionals. The hours of operation, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, will provide you with a structured schedule, although some flexibility will be required to accommodate patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and comprehensive mental health assessments to accurately identify patients' psychological needs and collaboratively develop individualized treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Solution-Focused Therapy to individuals, couples, and families.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups to enhance community understanding of mental health issues while providing peer support.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and various healthcare professionals to create a holistic approach to patient care, ensuring seamless integration of services.

• Deliver crisis intervention and management support in acute situations, ensuring clients receive immediate and effective care.

• Educate clients about mental health conditions, treatment modalities, and available resources within the community, empowering them with knowledge about their care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
