Independent Drivers

Independent Delivery Drivers are 1099 employees. Job Summary As an Independent Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for making deliveries in a pleasant, timely manner, according to our company’s standards. Drivers are responsible for bringing the “Buona” experience to homes, offices and more by providing outstanding customer service on the-go. Responsibilities Arrive on time for deliveries – if late, call ASAP. Follow all approved procedure for deliveries including setup, sort and clean Adhere to all local, state, and federal health and civil code regulations Greet all customers and provide them with prompt and highly friendly, courteous service or assistance, always ensuring they are satisfied. Ensure uniform and personal appearance is neat, clean and well-groomed at all times while observing company dress code. Take care of vehicles and any other equipment provided – includes filling out driver checklist before departure and after arrival to store, and support to maintain clean vehicles. Vehicle safety – observe all rules of the road and follow parking rules and regulations at delivery sites. Observe shift operating hours at all times, as scheduled or assigned by manager Adhere to all store rules and company policies Qualifications Must be at least 19 years of age Must have a valid driver’s license Must provide proof of insurance Must have a vehicle (drivers must use their own vehicles) Must successfully pass a background check and motor vehicle report #J-18808-Ljbffr
