BayCare is currently in search of our newest Acute Physical Therapist – Pool , who is passionate about providing outstanding customer service to our community around St. Joseph’s North. Facility: BayCare Health System, Rehab Services Main – SJHN Location: St. Joseph’s North - Lutz, FL Status: Pool (Non-Benefit Eligible) Exempt: No Shift Hours: Sundays 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM; weekdays as needed Shift: Days Weekend Work: Every Other On Call: No Physical Therapist (Pool) Responsibilities: Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans. Deliver evidence-based interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, case managers, and other therapists to coordinate care. Educate patients and families on exercises, safety, and post-discharge recommendations. Document all patient care activities accurately and timely in the electronic medical record. Participate in team meetings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives. Requirements: Required: BLS (Basic Life Support) Required: PT (Physical Therapy) License OR PT (Physical Therapy) – Eligible to Obtain OR PT (Physical Therapy) – Temporary, with licensure within 6 months Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy Preferred: 1 year of Physical Therapist experience Equal Opportunity Employer Veterans/Disabled #J-18808-Ljbffr
