Shift 1st shift | Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (occasional overtime) Skills / Job Description Mechanical aptitude and confidence using hand and power tools Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship Experience with spray equipment or coating applications (not required/only a plus*) Understanding of surface prep and finishing processes (not required/only a plus*) Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and move materials throughout the shift Willingness to wear respirators and required PPE Job Description Sculpt and shape Styrofoam blocks using hand tools, hot‑wire cutters, and other equipment Follow production drawings to achieve accurate dimensions and detailed features Produce clean, precise, defect‑free replicas that meet customer and internal specifications Prepare surfaces for painting and finishing, ensuring proper adhesion and smoothness Inspect work to maintain high quality standards throughout production Set up and operate high‑pressure spray systems Apply urethane and specialty coatings to foam, fiberglass, and sculpted components Work with spray guns, mixers, rotisseries, and paint booths in a controlled environment Clean and maintain spray equipment, tools, and workstations Keep the production area organized, safe, and efficient Track labor hours and material usage accurately Assist with painting, coating, and finishing tasks as needed Follow all safety procedures, including proper handling of materials and PPE Why You’ll Love This Role Work on creative, one‑of‑a‑kind products—not typical production line work Build hands‑on experience with specialized coating and finishing technologies Join a collaborative, quality‑focused team Enjoy a consistent daytime schedule with opportunities for overtime Work Environment Production facility with industrial tools, spray systems, and sculpting equipment Safety‑focused environment requiring PPE and respirators Active, physical role involving lifting, pushing, and material handling Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Englewood, CO.
