Responsibilities
Coordinate patient treatment from consultation through surgery completion
Present treatment plans and financial arrangements professionally and confidently
Educate patients regarding surgical procedures, timelines, and next steps
Build strong patient relationships through compassionate communication and follow-up
Verify benefits and discuss financing options
Communicate with referring offices and specialty partners
Maintain accurate documentation and patient records
Deliver concierge level experience to every patient interaction
