Requirements Master's Degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis or related field. Current BCBA Certification or MA LABA license preferred, but will consider those working toward completion. Strong background in behavioral principles and person-centered care. We provide supervision hours for candidates who have completed or are working towards the completion of BCBA. Job Duties If you’re already a BCBA, you know the rhythm: conducting assessments, developing and monitoring behavior plans, supporting RBTs, and communicating with families.
