Speech Language Pathologist-Neuro-PRN

Overview Collage Home and Community Rehabilitation Partners is a growing organization dedicated to excellence, honesty, and ethics in the treatment of our clients and each other. We provide treatment for traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, CVAs and other neuro or complex orthopedic diagnoses in the most functional setting possible – a person's own home and community. We are looking for experienced Speech Language Pathologists who want to provide truly patient-centered care in Bluffton, SC, and surrounding areas. PRN positions are available that accept patients for the duration of their stay. Our interdisciplinary teams create integrated treatment plans that are practiced in patients' homes and communities. Therapists are creative and incorporate a variety of activities to ignite interest while addressing functional goals. Responsibilities Evaluate and treat impairments including speech and language, executive functioning, cognitive needs, dysphagia, and augmentative communication. Provide integrated, patient-centered treatment plans in patients' homes and communities. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement functional treatment strategies. Qualifications Completion of a Master's degree in Speech Pathology and state licensure required, along with a certificate of clinical competence from ASHA. Dual certification in Georgia and South Carolina is a plus. Strong experience in the treatment of neurologically related disorders is preferred. Excellent planning, organization, writing, and time management skills required. Ability to communicate effectively with families, professionals, and co-workers is a must.
