What you’ll do

• Turn drawings and blueprints into reality—accurately interpret schematics and work orders.
• Assemble, align, and secure mechanical and electrical parts with the right tools.
• Validate tolerances using precision instruments (like calipers) and adjust as needed.
• Drill, tap, and prepare bolt holes to spec; fit components using fixtures/templates.
• Inspect surfaces and dimensions, resolve defects, and ensure final units meet requirements.
• Install and test wiring; document results; maintain a tidy tool inventory and workspace.

Your schedule

Regular shift: 5:30 PM – 4:00 AM. Training for the first 2–3 months occurs on 1st shift (6:30 AM – 5:00 PM) to set you up for success.

What it takes to succeed

• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong track record in electromechanical assembly.
• Extensive wiring skills and comfort with electrical schematics.
• Ability to lift 35 lbs and communicate effectively in English.
• Collaborative teammate who learns fast and executes with precision.
• Safety-first approach; experienced with safe operation of power tools/equipment.

• Motor replacement, repair, and maintenance
• Maintenance and repair fundamentals
• Mechanical assembly and blueprint reading
