This position oversees production teams, drives continuous improvement, and ensures compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.**Your key responsibilities*** **Team Leadership:** Supervise and mentor production staff, including Operators and Leads. Set clear performance expectations, conduct evaluations, and foster a culture of accountability and collaboration.* **Production Management:** Oversee daily production activities to meet schedules and targets. Ensure optimal resource utilization and compliance with safety and quality standards.* **Quality Assurance:** Implement and maintain quality control procedures. Conduct inspections and audits, address issues promptly, and drive corrective actions.* **Safety & Compliance:** Promote a strong safety culture. Individual pay offered will be based on the applicant’s job-related skills, experience, relevant education, or training, and primary work location. Salary from $107,500 annually.****In addition to base salary, we also offer a comprehensive total rewards package, inclusive of annual incentive pay, a retirement savings plan, health care coverage, paid time off, recognition programs and a broad range of other benefits.
