Responsibilities

• Circulate during a variety of surgical procedures
• Prepare the operating room and ensure equipment readiness
• Maintain sterile technique and enforce infection control standards
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and the surgical team
• Monitor patients throughout the perioperative process
• Complete accurate documentation and ensure patient safety

Requirements

• Active Compact RN License
• Minimum 2 years of recent Operating Room experience
• Ability to circulate independently in the OR
• Strong knowledge of perioperative nursing and aseptic technique
