Job Details

• Position: General Diagnostic Radiologist – Locum Tenens
• Setting: Diagnostic radiology coverage for acute care, emergency radiology, and trauma services
• Location: Clinton, MA
• Start Date: January 4, 2027
• Duration: Approximately 25 weeks
• Schedule: Flexible 7- or 8-hour shifts, including day, swing, and night shifts
• Coverage Needs: Evening and night coverage preferred; weekend availability is a plus
• Shift Commitment: Minimum of 7 shifts per month
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,570-$1,680

Job Requirements

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Diagnostic Radiology
• At least 1 year of diagnostic radiology experience preferred
• Experience interpreting emergency radiology studies
• Level I trauma radiology experience strongly preferred
• Willingness to work a mix of days, evenings, and nights
• Weekend availability preferred
• Ability to commit to a minimum of 7 shifts per month
• Massachusetts medical license preferred
• Emergency Radiology Fellowship preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

• Interpret a variety of diagnostic radiology studies with accuracy and efficiency
• Provide coverage for emergency imaging and trauma-related cases
• Support multiple reading worklists in a collaborative radiology environment
• Deliver timely reads to support patient care and clinical decision-making
• Use modern PACS and dictation tools to maintain an efficient workflow
• Provide reliable coverage across day, swing, and night shifts as needed
