About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to work in close collaboration with the board of directors, providing strategic leadership and nurturing a culture of exceptional member service. The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader, capable of expanding the organization's marketing capabilities, driving loan growth, and identifying opportunities for expansion. This role also involves serving as the company's ambassador within the community. The successful CEO will be well-versed in overall financial institution operations, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a leadership role, and a strong background in both strategic and tactical approaches to management. A bachelor's degree is required, and experience in a credit union setting is preferred. The CEO will be responsible for the overall management of the financial institution, ensuring that it continues to meet the needs of its members and the community. This includes overseeing the development and implementation of business strategies, managing the organization's financial performance, and maintaining a strong regulatory compliance. The role demands a leader who can inspire and motivate a dedicated team of professionals, and who is committed to preserving the values and culture that have been the foundation of the organization for nearly seven decades. The successful candidate will be a key player in the company's mission to help members achieve their financial goals, and will be instrumental in the continued growth and success of the organization.
