Responsibilities Title: Physical Therapist Location/work environment: In facility. Reporting structure: Reporting to Director of Rehab. As a Physical Therapist, you help patients get well. You assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy. You are both a healer and helper, addressing the whole patient as an individual and designing programs to restore, reinforce, and enhance physical abilities. You’re adaptable, enjoy varied settings, collaborate with peers, and refer patients when necessary. You teach patients and caregivers skills for independence and productivity. Qualifications Valid Physical Therapy license in state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility. Master’s degree in Physical Therapy, or Master’s degree in a related field plus a Bachelor’s in Physical Therapy. Or, Bachelor’s in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience. If degree earned outside the U.S., must be evaluated as U.S. equivalent.
