Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $18.50 - $18.50 / hour*

What you'll be doing as a Flagger:

• Direct vehicle and pedestrian traffic using signs, flags, hand signals, and communication devices
• Set up, maintain, and remove traffic control devices such as cones, barricades, warning signs, and delineators
• Monitor traffic conditions and adjust traffic control measures as needed
• Communicate with crew members regarding traffic flow, hazards, and changing site conditions
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal traffic control regulations and safety standards
• Report unsafe conditions, accidents, or incidents to supervisors immediately
• Maintain a safe work environment for construction crews and the public
• Perform routine inspections of traffic control equipment

Shift Timings: 1st Shift (Day)

Job requirements:

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Traffic control or flagger certification required
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong attention to safety and situational awareness
• Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
