What You'll Do

As our Accounting Specialist, you'll help support the day-to-day financial operations across our family of companies.

Responsibilities may include:

Assist with month-end and year-end close activities

Prepare journal entries and reconcile general ledger accounts

Analyze financial data and investigate discrepancies

Assist with financial reporting and budgeting

Support payroll and related accounting functions

Process various accounting transactions accurately and efficiently

Maintain organized financial records and documentation

Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency

Assist with audits and special projects

Partner with the CFO and leadership team to support business operations

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred

1-3 years Previous accounting experience is preferred, but we're willing to train the right person

Strong Microsoft Excel skills

Experience using accounting software is a plus

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Strong attention to detail and accuracy
