This role is very engaging for the right person, as it blends hands-on service & mechanical work with account management, customer service, and sales. You will be trained to manage every aspect of over 130 restaurant customers doing business with us, to include: preventative maintenance & repair to our commercial dishwashing machines product delivery and inventory management of the cleaning chemicals we provide to restaurants invoicing, receiving payments, upselling, and on-site training build strong customer relationships that lead to loyalty and new sales opportunities participate in an on-call rotation for emergency service needs What You Bring Strong customer service and communication skills. Mechanical aptitude — comfortable learning equipment, diagnosing issues, and fixing problems. Sales mindset — able to identify growth opportunities and build trust.
