Step into a role where precision and safety drive every move. As our Overhead Crane & Rigging Specialist, you’ll keep materials flowing and projects on schedule by executing safe, efficient lifts with a Liebherr crane while partnering closely with a skilled crew.

Start your shift by walking down the crane and rigging, confirming controls, hydraulics, and safety systems are ready. You’ll huddle with the team to map out lift plans, sequence material moves, and identify job-site hazards. Throughout the day, you’ll operate the crane to hoist, move, and position equipment and materials, assist with loading and unloading, and keep meticulous notes so any maintenance issues or safety concerns are documented and addressed immediately. You’ll wrap with housekeeping, reporting, and skill-building—because you’ll also participate in ongoing training to sharpen your craft.

• Operate cranes to lift, move, and place materials and equipment with accuracy.
• Inspect and perform basic maintenance checks to keep the crane safe and job-ready.
• Coordinate with teammates to plan and execute lifting operations.
• Adhere to safety procedures and regulations to reduce risk on site.
• Record and report equipment issues and safety observations without delay.
• Support material loading/unloading as needed to maintain workflow.
• Engage in training to advance your knowledge of crane operations.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid crane operator certification.
• Hands-on experience in crane operations and material handling.
• Deep familiarity with safety rules, regulations, and best practices.
• Comfort working in a fast-moving environment and adapting to change.
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• The physical strength and stamina required for manual tasks.
