M&A Corporate Development Vice President

The Corporate VP of Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Leader will direct the company's strategic growth through corporate acquisitions, divestitures, and partnerships. They oversee the entire deal lifecycle, from target identification and financial valuation to negotiation, due diligence, and post-merger integration, collaborating closely with executive leadership, legal teams, and external advisors.
