STGi is recruiting for a Psychiatrist – Reviewing Medical Officer (RMO) for Federal Occupational Health Services. The role is open nationwide and fully remote. The RMO reviews cases involving reasonable accommodation, FMLA, fitness for duty, and related federal employee health issues. The RMO provides consultations, training, and collaboration to ensure quality reviews and high-level customer service.
