What you'll do: * Preforming comprehensive whole-home HVAC safety and performance inspections during service visits (60-90 minutes). * Build trust with homeowners by providing clear communication, expert guidance, and long-term HVAC solutions, not just quick fixes. * Identify opportunities to improve comfort, efficiency, and indoor air quality by recommending system upgrades or preventative services. * Create accurate estimates and invoices using ServiceTitan while clearly explaining services to customers. * Participate in ongoing technical and customer service training to stay current with industry best practices and enhance customer experience. Job Requirements: * 3+ years of residential HVAC field experience working in single-family homes. * EPA Certification (required). * Valid Driver's License (required). * NATE Certification (preferred). * Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check. * Motivated by achieving goals and driving profitable outcomes. * Physically able to lift 50-75 lbs. and work in varied environments.
