Salary: $123,000 - 163,000 per year Requirements:

• We require a bachelors or masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Linguistics, or a related discipline.
• We are looking for 7+ years of experience in Generative AI, Agentic AI, NLP, LLMs, RAG, Data Science, Data Governance, or closely related areas.
• We need deep knowledge of Agentic AI architectures, development lifecycles, multi-agent collaboration, and automation workflows.
• We require advanced Python programming ability, along with experience using AI/ML frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras.
• We value experience designing, building, and tuning Generative AI solutions, including LLM-powered applications, RAG frameworks, and prompt engineering methods.
• We need experience with AI platforms and tools such as Azure AI Foundry, Azure ML Studio, Databricks AI, Snowflake Cortex AI, Dataiku, and similar ecosystems.
• We require experience with containerization and orchestration technologies, including Docker and Kubernetes.
• We value experience mapping business processes and workflows to AI-enabled automation solutions.
• We need experience with reporting and visualization tools.
• We require strong knowledge of NLP, transformer-based models such as GPT and related architectures, text generation, sentiment analysis, parsing, and language understanding.
• We expect working knowledge of cloud platforms and experience deploying and managing AI solutions in cloud environments.
• We need familiarity with AI design patterns such as Tool Use, Reflection, Planning, and agent orchestration frameworks including CrewAI.
• We require knowledge of data governance, data security, privacy, compliance, and responsible AI practices.
• We need a strong understanding of data management practices, including data preparation, cleansing, labeling, augmentation, synthetic data generation, and support for model training.
• We value familiarity with explainability, monitoring, and model optimization concepts for production AI systems.
• We require proficiency in SQL and familiarity with R.

• We design, develop, test, and tune prompts for LLMs to deliver high-quality, dependable outputs across business use cases.
• We apply advanced prompt engineering methods.
• We build AI solutions using programming, AI playgrounds, and core generative AI algorithms.
• We design, develop, and deploy Agentic AI solutions in line with established development lifecycle practices.
• We run A/B tests on prompts and automation workflows, then analyze performance, deviations, and degradation trends.
• We stay current on advances in LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, and Agentic AI best practices.
• We create technical documentation, reusable assets, and libraries that support AI development and adoption.
• We work with MLOps and cross-functional teams to define monitoring, observability, and model performance frameworks.
• We implement explainability capabilities using Model Context Protocols (MCP) and SHAP.
• We identify and mitigate model drift, bias, ethical issues, and performance decline.
• We recommend and help support AI governance, acceptable use, and ethics standards with Legal and Compliance teams.
• We develop safety guardrails, filters, and controls to reduce harmful, biased, or inaccurate AI outputs.
• We ensure data quality, integrity, and responsible use across GenAI, Agentic AI, NLP, and related solutions.
• We design and implement AI solutions that align with security standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
• We promote responsible AI practices centered on transparency, security, privacy, and compliance.
• We collaborate with product managers, architects, engineers, data scientists, analysts, IT teams, and business stakeholders to deliver AI solutions aligned to business needs.
• We translate business requirements into scalable AI capabilities.
• We provide technical leadership.
• We evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend innovations.
