Wealth Manager

We’re hiring a Wealth Manager for a thriving RIA in Ft Lauderdale, FL. Compensation: Base pay of $85k - $125k plus bonus As Wealth Manager, you will manage and nurture an assigned book of client accounts. The role is critical to maintaining strong client relationships, delivering exceptional service, identifying opportunities to grow client assets, and generating new client referrals. You will utilize your strong working knowledge of both managed investment accounts (AUM) and annuity products, to ensure that all client needs are fully supported. Responsibilities: Serve as the primary relationship manager for clients, delivering timely, personalized, and proactive service. Drive client retention by building trusted relationships and ensuring ongoing satisfaction with both investment and annuity solutions. Identify and respond to client needs with suitable recommendations—including the potential consolidation of outside assets, additional retirement accounts, and insurance products—ensuring all guidance aligns with the client’s best interest and long-term financial goals. Communicate transparently and educate clients on the firm's full suite of services, including investment management, annuities, income planning, and risk management strategies. Generate client referrals through networking events and consistent relationship nurturing. Conduct proactive outreach (calls, emails, scheduled check-ins) to surface client life events or financial changes that create planning needs. Support the preparation, execution, and follow-up of client review meetings focused on holistic financial planning across managed and annuity assets. Maintain accurate client records, opportunity tracking, and referral pipelines within CRM. Coordinate internally with investment operations, financial planning, and advisor teams to deliver a seamless client experience. Participate in client engagement programs such as educational workshops, webinars, appreciation events, and ambassador programs. Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements across investment and insurance activities. Must be able to visit our Fort Lauderdale office once per week. About you: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, or related field. 5+ years of experience in client service within wealth management, insurance, or financial services industries. Series 6, 63, 65, and/or 7 and Life & Health Insurance. Strong knowledge of managed accounts, portfolio basics, and annuity structures (including fixed index annuities and immediate annuities). Ability to explain investment and annuity concepts in a clear and client-friendly manner. Excellent communication, relationship management, and client education skills through all mediums including in-person, video and phone calls. Highly organized with strong follow-through. Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and custodial/insurance carrier platforms preferred. Experience working in a fast-paced environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
