Senior Manufacturing Engineering Manager

Seeking an experienced engineering leader, the remote Senior Manufacturing Engineering Manager will manage a team focused on developing and industrializing manufacturing processes for complex electromechanical cable assemblies, ensuring a successful transition from prototype builds to high-volume production. Key responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of manufacturing, process development, and automation engineers Oversee the design, development, validation, and implementation of manufacturing processes and production tooling Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on process capability, quality, efficiency, and cost reduction Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical discipline Extensive experience in manufacturing, process development, or product industrialization within a high-volume manufacturing environment Several years of experience leading global engineering teams and managing technical projects Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies Experience with cable assembly, electromechanical products, or related manufacturing processes preferred
