We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounting Specialist This role is responsible for managing accounts payable and receivable, preparing invoices, and supporting daily financial operations to ensure accurate and timely processing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process accounts payable (vendor invoices, payments, reconciliations).
• Manage accounts receivable , including posting payments and following up on outstanding balances.
• Create and issue customer invoices for repair services and parts.
• Verify repair orders, parts charges, and labor for billing accuracy.
• Reconcile bank statements and vendor accounts.
• Maintain organized financial records and documentation.
• Communicate with customers and vendors regarding billing questions.
• Assist with month-end closing and reporting tasks.
• Support payroll and other administrative accounting duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of QuickBooks or similar accounting software preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Professional communication skills.
• Experience in an automotive or truck repair environment is a plus.
