Respiratory Therapist - NICU

Requirements:

• WA allied license in hand required at time of submission
• Minimum 2 years clinical experience
• NICU Level III or IV experience required
• Level 3 NICU and Level 2 adult ICU experience preferred
• Neuro/Trauma ICU experience required
• Certifications: RRT or CRT, BLS, ACLS, NRP, PALS or ENPC
• Experience with neonatal/pediatric and adult ventilator management, neonatal intubation, and resuscitation, ABG interpretation, and tracheostomy care
• Experience with high-frequency/oscillating/jet ventilation preferred

Compliance / Notes:

• Orientation: 40 hours
• Pre-approved time off: One request allowed
• Identification: Last four of SSN required
• References: 2 references covering 1 year within last 3 years required
• Submission rules: RTO must be listed at time of submittal; one job per submittal; local radius policy; locals accepted at lower rate
• Compliance documents due Monday prior to start
