Telemetry Nurse Opportunity

Provides specialized telemetry nursing care to patients with cardiac monitoring needs. Ensures accurate assessment, intervention, and documentation to support positive patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor patient ECGs and vital signs continuously to detect arrhythmias or cardiac distress.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, adhering to safety protocols.
• Educate patients and families on cardiac conditions and post-discharge care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to develop and update care plans.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and progress.
• Respond promptly to emergent situations, providing life-saving interventions when necessary.

Qualifications:

• Current registered nurse license in good standing.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in telemetry or cardiac care.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to interpret complex cardiac rhythms and respond effectively.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
