Admissions Coordinator - SNF
Located in Brooklyn, NY
Salary: $70K - $75K range
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support admissions process for a skilled nursing facilities as needed to drive performance and adherence to company standards.
- Optimize census management and referral workflows in collaboration with facility and clinical teams.
- Monitor admissions metrics and trends to identify improvements.
- Ensure timely, accurate referral processing and high-quality customer service.
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and internal regulations.
- Lead training, onboarding, and ongoing development for admissions staff.
Qualifications:
- Must have previous experience in Admissions for skilled nursing facilities
- Must have significant experience with rehab/short term admissions
- Must be working in a role processing multiple admissions daily
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
