• Monday - Friday schedule with no weekend requirements
• 40-hour work week with strong work-life balance focus
• Phone call is essentially non-existent; 1-in-4 rotation rarely activated
• Half-hour decompression time built into the end of each day
• 22 - 25 patients per day in a well-staffed outpatient setting
• Physician-led practice with robust mid-level and nursing support
• On-site hub offices offer labs and full diagnostics near all locations
• Board-certified or board-eligible IM or FM physicians encouraged to apply
