What You'll Do:
- Get hands-on with metal recycling: Sort and screen scrap materials with precision, separating unsuitable items by hand or using heavy-duty equipment like forklifts and skid loaders.
- Master the art of production: Crush, bale, and package materials, ensuring everything is ready for shipping.
- Keep it flowing: Operate various equipment to maintain a consistent workflow while keeping your work area clean and organized.
- Be your own boss: Work independently with minimal supervision, leveraging your problem-solving and mechanical skills.
What You Bring to the Team:
- At least 1 year of experience with equipment like skid-loaders, forklifts, or production machinery in a fast-paced environment.
- A keen attention to detail and stellar organizational skills.
- A safety-first mindset -because we care about you and the team.
- The physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds regularly and handle various tasks that involve standing, walking, and even the occasional crawl!
