Job Title: Digital Strategist & Project Manager Location: Dallas, TX or San Antonio, TX (Hybrid: In-office Tuesday & Wednesday / Remote Monday, Thursday & Friday) Note: We are highly open to candidates in Austin, Houston, or other Texas markets willing to relocate. Because of our continuous growth, we are looking for a Digital Strategist & Project Manager to join our dynamic, entrepreneurial team. Currently, our leadership team has their hands on every digital project; we are looking for someone with a "driver mentality, not a passenger mentality" to take the wheel. In this role, you won't just be handed a checklist. You will act as the crucial bridge between visionary ideas and operational execution. If you have an idea for a client, you will be empowered to get it approved and go execute it. What You Will Do: Take the Lead on Digital Strategy: Serve as the strategic digital lead for assigned clients. You will build roadmaps, establish requirements, and drive execution across websites, SEO/GEO, email, social media, and digital reputation management. Own Website Projects: Act as the site architect and delivery captain for website builds and redesigns (primarily WordPress). You will manage internal teams, coordinate with external vendors/developers, establish QA standards, and ensure high-quality, on-time launches. Navigate the AI & Search Evolution: Oversee traditional SEO strategy while bringing a curious, forward-thinking approach to Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and AI-driven search visibility. Drive Project Momentum: You will be the operational anchor for the team. You'll manage timelines, dependencies, vendor relationships, and client communications—anticipating roadblocks before they become problems. Manage Digital Reputation: Lead initiatives focused on search results, AI overviews, and third-party sites that shape the public perception of our clients. What You Bring to the Table: Experience: 5-9 years of digital marketing and project management experience. Industry Knowledge: Agency experience is highly desired! Alternatively, in-house marketing experience within a law firm, professional services, or highly regulated B2B category will absolutely be considered. The "Builder" Mindset: You aren't paralyzed by ambiguity. You are highly self-directed, comfortable making decisions, and capable of operating without massive amounts of corporate structure. Tech-Savvy, but Human-Driven: You are curious about AI and know how to use it as a tool to brainstorm or improve workflows—but you don't use it as a crutch. You rely on your own strategic judgment and independent thought to produce high-quality, original work (we don't want "AI slop!"). Platform Mastery: Strong working knowledge of WordPress (and general CMS comfort), GA4, Google Search Console, and standard project management/marketing tools.
